With Dave's excellent listening skills, he was able to pick out what our Mom might want if she moved. He took a woman not ready to move to a woman excited about her new Cottage (duplex). "This is a letter of recommendation of Dave Trujillo and his team. Dave first met with us at our small rural home over 4 years ago. We talked of our desire to buy more land and house and still stay in a rural setting. Dave also did a very thorough sale analysis of our home.
